Artist Patrycja German grounds her practice in live performance, video and photography, exploring how a performative intervention can transform a space by altering its substance, significance, and social codes. In both her MAK Center performances on February 17, 2011 and her previous works, German subtly drafts her audiences into becoming active participants in her work. At Final Projects, German presented Reading the Cards, a performance in which she read tarot cards for interested visitors.
